The management, staff, and all players are governed by the alcohol and gaming commission of ontario rules and regulations
The hall rules are as follows
- No person under the age of 16 is permitted in the hall during bingo. all players must be 18 years of age to play bingo.
- Proof of age may be requested
- Insurance regulations prohibit the consumption of outside food or beverages in the bingo hall
- Please no loitering – anyone not playing bingo may be asked to leave the premises
- All cards are to be played during the session from which they are purchased. cards cannot be saved and played in another session
- All cards are to be dabbed with a bingo dabber, not a pencil or marker
- The saving of seats is not permitted. the placement of dabbers will not guarantee you a seat. please do not rearrange chairs or tables unless authorized by staff and management
- We cannot accept responsibility for a paper manufacturing error resulting in the issuance of duplicate cards
- It is the responsibility of the bingo player to yell “bingo” or “balls” , loud enough to be heard by the bingo caller in order to stop the game and award the prize
- Once a bingo game has been closed by the caller, no other bingos will be valid for that game
- Bingo staff or management is not allowed to play customers cards at any time
- Management or bingo staff will not be held responsible for lost or missing bingo paper.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing articles inside or outside our premises
- Persons directly involved or responsible in the conduct of the bingo event shall not play bingo within the hall
- All winners of the “balls” game must have the last ball called in order to be valid and declared the winner
- All prizes are divided equally by the total number of winners of the game. the management, at their discretion may set a minimum prize payout
- Only one bingo per face will be honoured
- In the event that the number or symbol on a ball or card is miscalled, the actual number or symbol not the called number shall be the official number or symbol for the game
- The electronic flashboards and monitors are for your convenience. a number is not valid until called
- Bingo staff or management are not allowed to purchase any paper, electronic personal verifiers or participate in extra sales events for any player
- Anyone tampering with the cards, or electronic personal verifiers, will be asked to leave the premises
- Bingo cards, or electronic devices, are not to be shared. each player must have purchased a regular session booklet to be eligible to play any of the specials, progressive games and jackpot games
- For all mini or mega monster bingos, each player must have purchased either the ted 18 booklet or a 12 (4 strip) booklet. this qualifies as your admission to participate in the mini and/or mega monster bingos and allows each player to be eligible to play
- All bingo cards and electronic devices are recorded and monitored. if you do not have the proper card your bingo will not be valid
- Rules state all players using an electronic personal bingo verifier, must purchase bingo paper. a maximum limit of 36 faces and one bingo verifier unit per player. no prize will be paid to a player unless the paper has been dabbed correctly with the winning combination
- Any person defacing or damaging equipment, furniture or fixtures will be asked to leave the premises
- Any players using profanity, verbal or physical abuse towards other players, staff, or management will be asked to leave the premises
- The management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises for any reason
- Paid employees of mountain bingo are not eligible to play bingo
- No pets allowed
- No scents policy is now in place
- If for any reason the blower on the bingo machine is turned off, either by the caller, or by power outage, any balls dropped are not the responsibility of the staff and or management. a ball is not valid until called!
